Ancient Lanna Flirting

Inspired by a timeless moment captured from the renowned mural at Wat Phumin, depicting a nobleman playfully flirting with a beautiful lady. Originally painted in 1867 by a Tai Lue artist, this scene is a celebrated example of Northern Thai cultural heritage and romantic storytelling.

“Lanna” refers to an ancient kingdom in Northern Thailand, which flourished from the 13th to 18th century. Known for its distinct culture, art, and architecture, Lanna civilization was centered in Chiang Mai and is deeply rooted in Buddhist traditions.

Note:
The actual painting might be slightly different from the display image due to camera light and/or brightness of screen monitors. Likewise, due to the nature of being handmade and hand-painted, each canvas art reproduction may slightly vary in brush details.
